Unlike standard retail stores that ship off-the-shelf items, every model at Thorn's Tavern is made-to-order. Your miniatures are individually printed, cleaned, and cured in our specialized production facility.
Production Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for your custom models to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Complex orders or high volumes during promotional periods may require additional time.
Once your order is fully crafted and quality-checked, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
We partner with premium international logistics providers to ensure your miniatures arrive safely. To maintain affordable shipping rates for our backers and customers, we utilize Standard Tracked Shipping.
Estimated Transit Time: 10 – 15 Business Days (depending on destination).
Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, your package will be handed over to a local courier partner for final delivery (e.g., local postal services or specialized last-mile carriers in your region). *Note: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or carrier fees upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These additional charges are not included in the quoted price.
Refusal Policy: If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned, we cannot refund the shipping costs or the cost of any custom-made items.
