General Warranty: Thorn's Tavern warrants only that the physical model manufactured by us will substantially meet the features of the indicated 3D model within the limitations of 3D printing technology. We do not give any warranty about the models and do not guarantee that the model will be fit for any particular purposes.
Final Sale Policy: Due to the custom manufacturing nature of these made-to-order miniatures, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. Once you have finalized your design and ordered your mini, all sales are final.
Defects & Exceptions: The above limitation does not apply if the item arrives damaged (broken parts) or has a manufacturing error (e.g., severe print failure). In such cases, please contact us for a replacement.
14-Day Return Window: For non-customized standard items, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return for eligible items (or report a defective custom model), please contact us at service@thornstavern.com.
Required Information: Please include your Order Number and, for damaged/defective items, clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a return shipping label or further instructions if accepted.
Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or Account Credits, if applicable) within 10 business days.
